About PD Tech

Paul David Technologies Ltd (PD Tech) PDTech was established in 1998 and since that time has been fortunate enough to work with many blue chip, household name and FTSE100 companies in the UK, Europe and the US.

PD Tech develops bespoke business solutions using Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, VB, MS Access and MS Office. In Addition, PD Tech provides training from beginner to advanced level (including VBA coding) on the MS Office suite. Recently we have branched into the provision of helpdesk services and IT staff under the banner of 'Cromwell Place Consultants' www.cromwell-place.co.uk.

Client companies cover various sectors including pharmaceutical, confectionery, manufacture/distribution/sales and road-side assistance/motoring services. PD Tech has also produced solutions for many smaller organizations.

Solutions range from small utilities to be used by individuals to multi-user database and MIS tools. Our largest project (in conjunction with partner company www.logiflow.com) was to create a warehouse management system which records and directs warehouse activities via radio frequency barcode scanners. This system is based on SQL Server and VB and deals with stock control, labeling, invoicing and EDI transmissions. It schedules and attributes work via barcode scanners with LCD screens giving complete visibility of product locations, order status and staff activity. This system has been in constant daily use on three sites for more than three years.
